Ăn Bánh Cookie Shop was founded in 2023 by a first-generation Vietnamese-American, Sarah Phan.

We aim to bring joy by creating a collection of delectable, handmade cookies infused with the rich flavors of Southeast Asia while incorporating the comfort of the founder’s Asian-American culinary upbringing.

Where does our name originate from?

The phrase, Ăn Bánh, consists of two words from the Vietnamese language.

Ăn = to eat

Bánh = loosely translates to desserts, sweets, and even non-sweet savory foods
